Job Title: Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate
Position Overview
The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate order fulfillment process for our online customers. This position is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to company standards.
- Prepare shipments using proper packaging and shipping guidelines.
- Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet daily deadlines.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the fulfillment area.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate fulfillment software and shipping systems to process orders.
- Communicate with store and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Support returns processing and quality checks on incoming items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or retail preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
