Job Title: Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate
Position Overview
The Ecommerce Fulfillment Associate plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and accurate order fulfillment process for our online customers.
This position is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory levels to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders to company standards.
- Prepare shipments using proper packaging and shipping guidelines.
- Ensure all orders are shipped in a timely manner to meet daily deadlines.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory in the fulfillment area.
- Perform regular inventory counts and help resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate fulfillment software and shipping systems to process orders.
- Communicate with store and customer service teams to resolve issues.
- Support returns processing and quality checks on incoming items.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehouse, or retail preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer and technology skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Job Title: Box Closer/Packer - D.C. Associate
Position Overview
With over 70 stores in 10 midwestern states, Glik’s has been a leader in the fasion industry for over 125 years. Our customers count on us to deliver the wow factor each season with exciting new product and we are seeking committed individuals to help us deliver!
Reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager, this position ensures all product is marked and distributed correctly to each of our retail locations. Assoiates must balance speed with acuracy to ensure our stores are properly inventoried and all goods scan correctly at the register.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and work with department team leaders to meet daily/weekly/monthly production goals.
- Pack fashion product into store cartons with hand held scanners quickly and acurately.
- Manually close store cartons and move them to the dock for shipping.
- Run the UPS shipping line when applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Effective organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
- Must be able to work well with management, team leaders and co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with scanning pick/pack is a plus, but not necessary. We train all positions.

Schedule
- 8 hr shift – Monday through Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- 1 Saturday per month (7am-Noon)
Physical Demands
This position is fast paced and physically demanding. It requires the ability to bend, stand, walk and maintain balance for extensive periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive tasks: lifting, pushing, pulling and carrying 20-48 lbs. of materials is required.
