Payments & Security

  • Payment Options - At gliks.com, we accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay & Meta Pay. Please note, all orders must have a US billing address & a US shipping address. Some payment methods may not be available with Ship to Store.
  • Gift Cards – We can redeem Glik’s E-Gift Cards at gliks.com, but Glik’s In-Store Gift Cards can only be redeemed at a store location.
  • Coupons – All coupons are one time use & must be applied at checkout. Once an offer has been redeemed, it cannot be used again or transferred to a new order. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
  • Price Adjustments – While we don’t offer price adjustments, if something you ordered has gone on sale, you may place a new order and return your original to a store location or to Glik’s Online Returns.
  • Price Matching – Unfortunately we are unable to price match to the sale prices of other retailers
  • Sales Tax – We collect sales tax in locations where we are legally obligated to do so. In some states, shipping charges are also subject to tax
  • Returns - Please visit our Returns page for complete details & to access the Returns Portal.
  • Zip Code Error - Some of our customers are receiving a zip code error at checkout when the card they are using does not match the billing address they entered. Your billing address must match exactly as it appears in your bank records. If you are experiencing zip code errors, please contact your bank to verify your address. Note: Failed payment attempts may appear as pending charges on your account statement. These will clear after a couple business days. If multiple charges remain as completed charges, please contact us.
  • Security – Rest assured our SSL certificate provides one of the highest levels of encryption to protect all of your sensitive information. Glik’s will never sell or share your information with anyone besides the account holder.

Damaged/Lost Packages

  • Damaged/Incomplete Orders – If an item in your order was damaged in transit or an item is missing from your order, please retain all packaging and let us know at customerservice@gliks.com so we can report it to UPS or USPS. Please include your order number, name, contact information, and which item is damaged/missing
  • Lost Packages – With any type of shipping, packages may get lost or delayed. However, most of the time your neighbors or other members of your household accept packages in your place but fail to inform you. If this is not the case, please email customerservice@gliks.com so we can have UPS or USPS start an investigation into the location of your order. Please include your order number, name and contact information.

Shipping

  • Free Shipping – We offer free shipping on any order shipped to one of our 70+ locations across the Midwest. Free Standard Shipping is also offered on any order in the continental US over $75 (after coupon and before tax.)
  • International Orders – Unfortunately we cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States. All orders must have a US billing address and a US shipping address. Orders shipping to a freight forwarder will be automatically cancelled.
  • Refused Packages/Orders Returned to Shipper – If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or if you refuse the order upon delivery, your order will be processed as a return once it arrives back to our warehouse. As with all returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.

Store Locations

  • Store Locator – Check out our Store Locator to find one of our 70+ stores across the Midwest. Any online order can be returned directly to a Glik’s or Clovier store. See our return policy for details.
  • Clovier - Clovier by Glik's is a women's boutique located in Holland, MI. Glik's coupons & In Store Gift Cards can be redeemed at Clovier.
  • Headquarters – Glik’s headquarters is located in Collinsville, IL just outside of St. Louis, MO. Our mailing address is 25 ABC Parkway, Collinsville, IL 62234.

Email Sign-Up / My Account

  • Welcome Coupon – If you’ve signed up to receive emails/texts from us but haven’t received your Welcome Coupon, please check your spam/junk folders for email or signup confirmation for text. If after 3 hours you still haven’t received it, please email customerservice@gliks.com with your name, e-mail address and the details of your situation. We’ll try to help you as quickly as possible.
  • Account - Create an account to view order history, keep a Wishlist, and store your shipping address for faster checkout 
  • Unsubscribing - If you’d rather not receive emails/coupons from us anymore, please click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of a Glik’s email.

Commercial & Resale Purchases

  • We do not authorize the purchase of commercial quantities of our merchandise.
  • We reserve the right to limit, cancel or prohibit orders that appear to be in violation of this policy.
