Online Return Policy
If you'd like to return your online order, please visit any of our store locations or send your order back to us.
Glik's accepts returns that are unworn/unwashed with tags attached within 45 days from the date of purchase. Shoes & Drinkware must be returned in their original box without mailing or postal labels attached.
- Refunds are issued for the original price paid for the item (after coupons) & will be credited back to the original form of payment
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Final Sale Items are not eligible for return
- Exchanges - We are unable to offer exchanges
- Holiday Return Policy: Orders placed between 11/1/2025 and 12/15/2025 may be returned through 1/31/2026. Items must still have tags attached, although the price may be removed
- Glik’s reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
Online Returns by Mail
- UPS – Print a $6 UPS label from our Returns Portal
- The cost of the label ($6) will be deducted from your refund
- This service is only available for orders shipped within the contiguous US.

Online Returns in Store
- In-store returns are always free
- Bring your order invoice (or order confirmation email) and credit card used to purchase
- Without the original credit card, the store is only able to issue in-store credit
- If you paid with PayPal or another mobile payment method, bring your photo ID, invoice & a credit card that matches the name on the order to receive a refund to the credit card
- Stores are unable to refund to your mobile payment account. Only the person who placed the order can receive a credit card refund. If not available, the store will issue in-store credit
- You may also exchange your order for a different item available at that store
