Our Glik's Story
We are a family-owned business that has been serving the Midwest for over 125 years. Our company is run by 5th generation family members who are dedicated to providing the best products and customer service. We take pride in our long-standing history and the relationships we have built within our communities.

While service is at the core of the retail business, giving back to the greater community has always been an extension of our business approach. We participate in the local Chamber of Commerce in each of the communities where we operate. We also empower and support each individual store to get involved in community events. This is particularly notable on the annual “Glik's Give Back Tuesday” when each store designates a local charity to donate a portion of that day's sales.
Through the generosity of Joe Glik’s philanthropic vision, Glik’s is the benefactor of two community parks: one in Edwardsville, Illinois and one in Highland, Illinois. As a company, we support Lift For Life Academy, The Little Bit Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Southern Illinois, and United Way.

Every time we open a new location, we take the time to consider the needs of the surrounding community because opening a store makes us part of that community.
To that end, it's important to us that we are thoughtful of what we can bring to any new location. The insights of our managers and staff guide us as we fill our stores with brands and styles.
