Shipping Information

Once you submit your order, we process it as soon as possible.

    • Orders submitted before 12 pm CT, Monday through Friday, typically ship the same day.
    • Orders submitted after 12 pm CT typically ship the next business day.
    • Exclusions include holidays, weekends, high volume sales or severe weather.

Because we process orders so quickly, it is not always possible to make changes to your order after submission.  If you do have a change to your order or are hoping to cancel it, please e-mail within 1 hour (60 minutes) of purchase.

    • For your convenience, we provide a UPS estimated delivery date at checkout. This date is not a guarantee as the carrier may encounter high volume or weather delays.
    • Shipping costs are determined by UPS based on the delivery address.  
    • Please note that your order will not be delivered by UPS on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, addresses outside of the United States, or freight forwarders.

Free Ship to Store - Ship any order to your local Glik's store for FREE by choosing In-Store Pickup at checkout. These orders will take 3-5 business days to deliver because they are processed by our warehouse and ship with the next scheduled delivery to your local store. Unfortunately tracking is not available with In Store Pickup. Find the store closest to you with our Store Locator

$6 UPS Economy - If your order is under $50, UPS Economy shipping is available at a flat rate of $6 (within the continental US.) This shipping method could take up to 7 days to deliver after your order ships and tracking may not be immediately available if UPS drops the package at your local post office for final delivery. The USPS does not guarantee arrival times.

Free/UPS Ground - If your order totals $50 or more after any discounts and before tax, you qualify for our Free UPS Ground shipping (within the continental US.)  If your order is less than $50, you may add to your order to reach the Free Shipping minimum or pay for the UPS Ground shipping method.  UPS Ground shipping will take 1-4 business days for delivery after it ships.

2nd Day Air - UPS 2nd Day Air shipments should arrive 2 full business days from the date of shipment. We try to fulfill these orders as fast as possible, but if you place an order after 12 pm CT, Monday through Friday, it will not ship until the next business day. Air shipments are not delivered on the weekend.

Next Day Air - UPS Next Day Air shipments should arrive 1 business day from the date of shipment. We try to fulfill these orders as fast as possible, but if you place an order after 12 pm CT, Monday through Friday, it will not ship until the next business day. Air shipments are not delivered on the weekend.





Payments & Security

    • Payment Options - We accept all major credit cards along with PayPal. Unfortunately we can't redeem Glik's gift cards or merchandise cards online.
    • Prepaid Credit Cards/Gift Cards - In order to use a prepaid card at the card must be registered at Visa, American Express, etc. with your correct billing information. The amount on the card must be equal to or more than your order total as we cannot accept split payments. Please don't attempt to use a card that hasn't been registered.
    • Failed Payments - If your payment is declined for any reason, your order has not been placed. Email us at if you're not sure.
        • Auth Declined - Contact your bank/credit card company to find out why they declined your card.
        • Merchant Override Decline - The billing address provided doesn't match the billing address associated with the card. Our security system declined the payment and voided the charge, but your bank may place a temporary pending hold on the funds for up to 3-7 business days. If you'd still like to place your order, you'll just need to use the billing address where your card statement is mailed, although you can ship it to a different address.
    • Coupons - All coupons are one time use. Once an offer has been redeemed, it cannot be used again or transferred to a new order. Only one coupon can be applied per order.
    • Price Adjustments - While we don't offer price adjustments for items bought at, if something you ordered has gone on sale, you may place a new order and return your original to one of our store locations or to Glik's Online Returns.
    • Price Matching - Unfortunately we are unable to price match to the sale prices of other retailers.
    • Sales Tax - We collect sales tax in locations where we are legally obligated to do so. In some states, shipping costs are also subject to tax. 
    • Security - Rest assured our SSL certificate provides one of the highest levels of encryption to protect all of your sensitive information. Glik's will never sell or share your information with anyone besides the account holder.

Damaged/Lost Packages

    • Lost Packages - With any type of shipping, packages may get lost or delayed. However, most of the time your neighbors or other members of your household accept packages from UPS in your place but fail to inform you. If this is not the case, please email so we can have UPS start an investigation into the location of your order. Please include your order number, name and contact information.
    • Damaged/Incomplete Orders - If an item in your order was damaged in transit or an item is missing from your order, please retain all packaging and let us know at so we can report it to UPS. Please include your order number, name, contact information and which item is damaged/missing.



    • Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on any order shipped to one of our 60+ locations across the midwest. Free UPS Ground Shipping is also offered on any order in the continental US over $50 (after coupon and before tax.)
    • PO Boxes & APO addresses - Unfortunately we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses. Please provide a physical address at checkout.
    • International Orders - Unfortunately we cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States. All orders must have a US billing address and a US shipping address. Orders shipping to a freight forwarder will be automatically cancelled.
    • Refused Packages/Orders Returned to Shipper - If your order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address or if you refuse the order upon delivery, your order will be processed as a return once it arrives back to our warehouse. As with all returns, original shipping costs are not refunded.

    • Headquarters - Glik's headquarters is located in Granite City, IL just outside of St. Louis, MO. Our mailing address is 3248 Nameoki Rd, Granite City, IL 62040.
