Once we receive your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. We are unable to cancel or adjust your order after it is submitted.
- Orders typically ship the business day after they are placed. (Orders placed Friday typically ship on Monday.)
- Exceptions include holidays, weekends, high volume sales or severe weather
- Orders ship through UPS and USPS from Collinsville, IL
- Please note your order will not be delivered by UPS or USPS on a Sunday or federal holiday. There may also be delivery delays caused by weather conditions, emergency situations, etc
- We cannot ship to addresses outside of the United States or freight forwarders
Shipping Methods:
- Free Quick Pickup – Items at your local store can be ordered through our website with this Buy Online Pick Up in Store option.
- Free Ship to Store – Ship any order to your local Glik’s store for FREE with delivery in 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, tracking is not available with Ship to Store.
- Free / $8 Standard Shipping (shipped via UPS or USPS within the continental US) – Orders totaling $75 or more after coupons and before tax qualify for Free Standard Shipping with delivery in 3-10 days. If your order is less than $75, you may add to your order to reach the Free Shipping minimum or pay for $8 Standard Shipping.
- UPS Ground - Should arrive within 5 business days from the date of shipment. Orders placed after 12 pm CT Monday through Friday will not ship until the next business day.
- UPS 2nd Day Air – Should arrive 2 business days from the date of shipment. Orders placed after 12 pm CT Monday through Friday will not ship until the next business day. Air shipments are not delivered on the weekend.
- UPS Next Day Air – Should arrive 1 business day from the date of shipment. Orders placed after 12 pm CT Monday through Friday will not ship until the next business day. Air shipments are not delivered on the weekend.
