Shipping Policy
- Orders placed after noon (CST) will be shipped on the following business day via UPS.
- Deliveries are not guaranteed for Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays, only on business days.
- Free Shipping is valid for residents within the Continental United States, shipping will be charged for Alaska & Hawaii.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with the merchandise that you have purchased from us. If you need to return your online purchase you may return it to any of our Glik stores or gliks.com by mail.
Guidelines
- All merchandise must be returned within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase.
- The merchandise must be retuned in original condition with price tag/vendor tag attached for resale unless it is a manufacturer defect.
- Glik’s reserves the right to reject returns that are not deemed a manufacturer defect.
- The original Online Purchase Packing Slip must accompany all returns.
- All credits on returns will be made to the credit card used when making the purchase for cost of merchandise and applicable tax only.
- All skate hardgood sales are final. No returns on assembled complete skateboards.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on returned or exchanged items.
- Exchanges accepted on same style only. Please include a note with your exchange stating what size you require and we will ship you out the new size. If your size is not available we will contact you.
Return in Store
If you are returning your purchase to a store, please bring the original Online Purchase Packing Slip and the credit card used in making the purchase. You may exchange your merchandise at any store or we will issue credit to the credit card used in making the purchase. Not all Glik stores carry the same merchandise.

You must prepay the shipping charges on your return. It is necessary to pack your items in a secure carton. You may not return items purchased in a store to gliks.com through the mail or other shipper. |
