Thank you for considering a purchase from Glik’s! We want you to be happy with the merchandise that you have purchased from us, so if you need to make a return, you may do so at any of our Glik's stores or to Gliks.com by mail (if you’ve ordered online.) Please refer to the appropriate return instructions for details.
- You may return or exchange items purchased from Gliks.com up to forty-five (45) days from the date of purchase.
- Extended Holiday Returns Policy: All orders placed between November 1st, 2016 and December 15th, 2016 may be returned past the 45 day return limit as long as they are returned by January 31st, 2017. Orders placed past December 15th, 2016 fall into the normal return period. Items must still have tags attached, although the price may be removed, and the packing slip must be enclosed.
- The merchandise must be returned in original condition with the price tag/vendor tag attached for resale.
- Glik’s reserves the right to reject returns not in original condition that are not deemed a manufacturer defect.
- Damaged items may be returned in the 45 day time period. Please contact email@example.com if you believe your item to be defective.
- Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without postal labels.
- Swimwear returns will be accepted only if they are unworn and unwashed with all original tags and hygienic liners in place. Please make sure you wear appropriate undergarments when trying on merchandise.
- Your original Online Purchase Packing Slip must accompany all returns.
- All refunds on returns will be made to your credit card for the cost of the merchandise (minus any discounts) and applicable sales tax. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- If the item you are returning was a gift, the refund will be issued to the person who placed the order. Unfortunately we do not offer store credit online.
- Online returns are typically processed within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Please allow another 3-7 business days for the refund to appear back in your account.
Online Returns by Mail
- If you choose to return an item to Gliks.com by mail rather than to a Glik's store, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. However, you may use whichever shipping method is least expensive for you. You are not required to use a specific shipping company.

Online Returns in Store
- If you choose to return an item to a Glik’s store rather than by mail, please bring with you your Online Purchase Packing Slip and the credit card used to make the purchase.
- If you do not have your original credit card, the store is only able to issue you store credit.
- If you paid online with PayPal, bring your photo ID, packing slip, and credit card that matches the name on the order. Only the person who placed the order can receive a credit card refund. If not available, the store is only able to issue store credit.
- You may return your item in store or exchange it for a different item available at that location. (Not all Glik’s stores carry the same merchandise.)
- If you would like to exchange an item you purchased from Gliks.com, you may ship it back to us along with the Online Purchase Packing Slip. Please indicate on the packing slip which size you would like in its place.
- If that size is unavailable, we will issue you a refund for your item.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange the item purchased for a different style.
- While you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, you may choose whichever shipping method is least expensive for you. You are not required to use a specific company. We will then pay to ship the exchanged item to you.
